Distance Learning (on-line) Course Format:

The course consists of videos of short professional studio recordings, totalling 30 hours, presented by Mike Johnson, a renowned lubrication specialist residing in the USA.
It is very comprehensive and informative, with audio commentary and animated visual slides.
A bound, colour-printed course manual is provided for students to study offline.
Students have 4 months to complete the course.
If more time is required, the time allocation can be extended for one year.

Exam:

The exam is available on-line after course completion at a location of choice, supervised by an approved independent invigilator. There is no time limit on when the exam can be taken.

No prior experience is required for studying the course.
Anyone can do the course and exam; however, certification requires:

• Completing all the modules of the course
• Passing the 2-hour, 50 question multiple choice exam with a minimum of 75% correct answers.
• A minimum of 6-months of work experience, verified by an independent person.
