Regarding the Invigilator (Exam Supervisor)
You can’t fill out the Exam application form until you have found a suitable Invigilator.

So, the first step is to nominate an Invigilator - that is, a supervisor who will ensure the security and integrity of the exam. An invigilator MUST be a third and neutral party. You may choose a Human Resource Representative, Training Coordinator, University or Community College exam centre, or any authorized person that meets the Invigilator criteria set forth in these statements. The invigilator MUST NOT be a close relative, friend, manager or direct report supervisor. An invigilator is required to be present in person in the same room for the duration of the exam.
