Public Classroom Courses:
- If a student is unable to attend, a substitute person may attend as a replacement at no additional cost.
- If a student cancels longer than 2 weeks from the course, either a full refund will be given or they can attend the next scheduled course at no additional cost.
- If a student cancels shorter than 2 weeks from the course, there will be no refund, however a substitute may attend at no additional cost, or they may attend a future course at no additional cost.
- If Reliability Institute cancells or postpones a course, students may transfer to a course at a later date or request a full refund.
Distance Learning Courses:
- Distance Learning courses are assigned to individuals and are not transferrable or to be shared with others.
- Students may request a postponement during the 4 month time allocation if they are unable to study for an extended time due to worklod, holidays or heath issues.
- A fee applies if a time extendion is required after the 4 month allocation.
